Metro East Illinois SHRM (MEI-SHRM) was established to support the needs of the HR profession by providing timely, essential, and comprehensive resources. MEI-SHRM is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management the premier organization that serves the professional and advances the profession.

Metro East Illinois SHRM provides a local forum for your personal and professional development; provides an opportunity to develop your leadership, managerial, public speaking and group decision-making skills; provides a local networking arena; and a focus for legislative attention to local, state, and national human resources management issues.
