Performance Feedback- Are you helping or are you hurting your employees?     

Kathy Willis, Director, Corporate & Community Learning, Lewis & Clark Community College

Almost all of us have had times when either we struggled to give clear guidance to errant employees, or we can remember a poor manager who mishandled our own coaching needs.  As an alternative to these unfortunate situations, Ms. Willis uses demonstrates an interactive approach to guide members in the use the Development Dimensions International Leadership Imperatives and STAR Model to visualize a pattern of giving good feedback with positive outcomes.  

Kathy Willis is the Director for Corporate & Community Learning at Lewis and Clark Community College, and has served on the boards for weTRaIN (the Illinois Community College consortium for business and industry training) and IMS in St. Louis.  Willis has written articles published by ASTD Sourcebooks, and previously held positions with Wells Fargo Advisors, Maritz Learning Systems, General Dynamics, Perry Oceanographics, and BJC HealthCare’s Leadership Institute.
