June 11th Program - When Baby Boomers Retire: Winning the Talent Wars
Each day, 10,000 Baby Boomers turn 65 and are eligible for retirement. There are 26 million fewer Gen Xers' than Baby Boomers. This demographic reality means that you may not be able to find the talent you need to fill critical roles in your organization.

Mr. Brandt is regularly quoted in local, regional and national HR industry publications, newspapers and online media including MSN Money, Yahoo Finance and various SHRM publications.
