Employment Law Refresher
In this session Scott Cruz will review Illinois and Federal employment law covering the following topics:
· Criminal Background Checks in IL (arrest vs. conviction record);
· Remote work wage an hour considerations;
· Non-Discretionary year-end bonuses to non-exempt employees;
· Reasonable suspicion considerations.
