Hiring and Retaining Top Talent
Hiring and retaining talent has been more challenging than ever before. The overall labor force has shrunk, perhaps permanently, and candidates and employees have a much higher expectation of compensation, benefits, flexibility, and overall work culture.
In this presentation we will review strategies and tactics that can make a positive difference in hiring effectiveness including time to hire and recruiting efficiency.
For employee retention we will review key employee expectations and techniques that can help employer predict employee fit and potential for turnover.
Alan Kinsey is Vice President of Inquirehire, a national provider of human resources solutions. Alan is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and he has more than 25 years of Fortune 500 executive management experience in computer software, outsourced services and consulting.
Alan has spoken on the topic of human resources process optimization to a number of local and state SHRM chapters, several state banking associations, and many other training and education events.
