Amy Leslie is CEO of Perspective Consulting.
She has 2 decades of experience building, leading and turning around teams and business units, with P&L responsibility. She headed up business development efforts in companies of all sizes and a variety of industries.
As a leader, Amy learned quickly that to predict if a unit will achieve its goals – first, look at the people.
Amy is passionate about bringing this perspective of talent optimization, which changed her life as a leader, to other businesses and teaching leaders at all levels to apply it every day when hiring and inspiring their own people.
