Jason Boone will present a timely program on how employers can cultivate their employees' social networks to shift talent acquisition from a traditional recruiter driven approach to referral driven recruitment marketing.
Mr. Boone is the Manager of IT Recruiting at Spectrum, and a recognized leader in the field of Talent Acquisition. His career spans almost 20 years in roles as a Recruiter, Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Trainer.
