    The Updated FLSA regulations:  Prepare for Part 541

    Are you ready?  The Department of Labor received over 264,000 comments on their proposed overhaul of overtime regulations and white-collar exemptions.  The minimum salary threshold for exempt employees could double!  Gregg Lemley, attorney with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak, & Stewart, P.C. will address this important topic at our November meeting.

    Topic:  Workplace Violence at Home and Abroad presented by Del W. Wilber of SIS Training & Consulting

    Del Wilber brings over thirty years of experience in Security and Counterterrorism as a former Intelligence Officer serving with the Central Intelligence Agency in Eastern and Wetern Europe as well as two years with the Department of Homeland Security.  Currently Del provides training to the U.S. Army Special Forces Command (the Green Berets and Delta Force) and the U.S. Navy Special Warfare Branch (Navy SEALS).
