Forms of payment include, check, debit card and credit card.  We hope to see you soon at one of our monthly Chapter meetings at Collinsville Area Recreation District, 10 Gateway Dr., Collinsville, IL 62234.  Meetings are held the second Thursday of the month, Noon to 1:30 p.m.and lunch is provided.
